Main Street Free Methodist Church

is a place where people can experience the love of Jesus,

and grow as disciples who desire to meet the

needs of our community in tangible ways.

The Free Methodist Church has an established history of service within the Fox Valley community, and is excited to

celebrate 165 years as a St. Charles church in 2025.

 

Though housed in different buildings over the years,

the congregation moved to it's current location on

Illinois Route 64, just west of Randall Road, about six years ago.

Previously, it existed on Walnut Street and shared it's building with Lazarus House, to whom it sold that property

as the homeless shelter's needs for more space grew.

 

Main Street Free Methodist Church has continued to remain committed to being the body of Christ and

to adjusting over time to aid the

needs of neighborhoods around it.

 

Weekly worship gatherings focus on scripture reading,

singing of contemporary and traditional music,

a sermon message, communion,

and time for coffee and visiting afterward.
